This week's pressing is one of the last of the season and occurred on Wednesday, November 19. This batch consists mainly of Ida Red, and a small amount of a few other varieties. You can find gallons, half gallons, and pints of cider at the Apple Barn and this week's Dane County Holiday Farmers Market while supplies last.
